description: Welcome to the incredibly rare soundtrack for the first Arslan movie. ^^ This CD is the complete soundtrack, and contains the background music and ed. The ed song is the only vocal song on this CD, lyrics are included in the book. The book's design is rather plain, but it does contain several lovely illustrations of characters from the anime to redeem it. ^^ The book itself seems to be mostly propaganda for the movie. It contains general hype ("spectacular heroic fantasy!"), a story summary, profiles of the main characters (with nice illustrations!), soundtrack and animation credits, two pages about the composer, one page about the ed's singer Mimori Yusa, and the lyrics for the ed on page 13. If the book is rather blah, the wonderful music more than makes up for it! Arslan's soundtrack is full orchestra (if it's actually synthesized, then it fooled me!) and very enjoyable. I listen to this CD all the time. ^^ Ahhh..suteki na....one of these days, I'll tranlsate the ed. ^^
