description: This CD is known as the first Sailor Moon soundtrack. It has the first version of the opening song, Moonlight Densetsu, and the first tv ending, Heart Moving. All other tracks are background music from the first season, and likely from the first 24 episodes. The only vocal songs are the aforementioned opening and ending. The few insert songs from the first half of SM are found on other CDs, but lyrics for these two vocals are included. The CD book is printed in full color on the front and back pages. All interior pages are printed in pink ink on white paper. Page 2 has the CD track list with the pink monotone image from the back page of the CD book (a common Sailor Moon and Luna pic, you'd recognize it if you saw it) in the background on the right. Page 3 has the two sets of lyrics. Pages 4 and 5 seem to be interviews, page 4's with the show's TV producer, and 5's with the music producer. Page 6 has the staff and cast list from the show printed over a pink monotone reprint of the back of the CD--Sailor Moon and Luna in front of the crescent moon--in the background. Page 7 is blank except for copyright info in fine print at the bottom. Now, the actual music! The opening and ending have a beloved place in my heart, so of course I love them. ^^ The bgm has a strong jazz influence, as does almost all bgm from this anime. I readily admit that I only listen to the bgm for nostalgic reasons, as jazz isn't really my style! But THIS jazz is SM jazz!! It brings back so many fond memories...ahh...natsukashii....
