1. Daryuun's lines sound a bit stilted because he is speaking very formally in Japanese, and I wanted to convey his properness in English. I decided to avoid any use by him of the pronouns "you" or "your". Not only does Daryuun never refer to the king that way, such pronouns are informal in English as well. ^^ To contrast, the king is quite blunt and improper with Daryuun. Heh. Translating this page was like pulling teeth. Daryuun's extremely formal and humble Japanese, the odd "nu" ending on negative verbs and adjectives, and very very complicated sentences. Ghaa! X_x
