Manga is unflipped. Always begin reading in upper-right corner, and proceed left and down. ^^

Notes:
1. "Sensei" is an important Japanese word every anime and manga fan should know. It can mean "teacher", "doctor", or "master of a skill". One of the reasons I chose to retain it was that the main character does not know which of the possible meanings it could be, and now neither do we. ^^ I also don't translate names or titles whenever possible, so there you go. :)
2. In Japan, it is not unusual for a sick person to wear a surgical-style mask over their face and mouth. The purpose of course is to keep from spreading germs when they breathe, cough, or talk. So his disguise isn't quite as weird to everyone in the manga as it is to us. ^^
