Notes:

1. The advertisement for Kouji's new album that is painted on that building's wall contains more decorative English. I did not edit the add at all, that's how it appears in the original manga. Notice the dash between what would be the two kanji of "Zetsuai". Indeed, if the title weren't already established in the fan community as one word, I would have romanized myself as two: "Zetsu Ai". ^^ Also note the dropping of the U from Kouji's name and the placement of a bar above the O. This is yet another method of romanizing--in this case the long O of Kouji's name--and is one you see fairly often. I myself prefer to romanize the long O sounds in the same way they are written in Japanese: by placing a U after the O. Again, it's just the different methods of adapting, and both are pronounced "Koh-jee". For the record, you can write Kouji's family name the same way: Nanjou/Nanjo.

2. The large sign in the background is for a private pay parking lot or garage. The kanji read as "yuuryou shuushajou". Credit for this little bit of translation must go to Andrew-sempai. I wasn't able to find anything myself, as the guy's arm kept getting in the way of my efforts. <:P~~
