Notes:

1. When Kouji speaks to Izumi's sensei, his language is polite and formal. Thus far, we've only seen him talking to Izumi in what I call "manspeech", which is very informal. It uses all sorts of grammatical and word shortcuts and the odd extra syllable, all of which can make translating very interesting. X_x But when Kouji is laying on the charm, he can be quite formal. ^^

2. Izu--Takuto...entrusted my clothes to you, yes?" When Kouji corrects himself, he uses Izumi's given (first) name, Takuto, instead. Only good friends--or someone intending insult--would call someome by their given name. Kouji is implying to Sensei that he knows Izumi quite well.

3. The long column of handwritten Japanese on this page's left side is a personal column for Ozaki-sama to write to her fans. I could probably translate it, but it would take hours and hours to puzzle out those tiny handwritten kanji and kana, and those hours I'd rather spend translating the actual story! ^^ Perhaps one day when I feel inspired I'll take a stab at it. If you would like to translate it for me, let me know. ^^
