1. "Kijima-sensei!! I'm in front of the children. Ohh...I shouldn't have..." Kijima-sensei is repremanding herself. In Japanese, it is common to refer to yourself with your name, perhaps for emphasis, since that is how it is used here. ^^
2. "Onii-cha'". The little girl is mispronouncing "Onii-chan", which means "older brother" and can also be used to address any teen to mid-twenties guy.
