Notes:

1. Izumi's incredulous reaction to Serika stuttering "oni" is a cute pun. ^^ Of course, we know Serika is trying to say "onii-chan" to her older brother, but all she can manage to voice is "oni". Oni is Japanese for demon/ogre/devil. And when it comes to women, Kouji has certainly shown himself to be one! Remember what he said on page 52, "After all, women are always in turmoil because of me," and then Izumi's less-than-approving reply. I do believe Izumi feels Serika's "oni" babblings are extremely appropriate. *grins*

2. "Digest each game, don't be swallowed by your opponent!" I loved the imagery provided by their coach's word choice, so I left it translated literally. Nothing like a metaphor to inspire your atheletes! *laughs*
