Manga is unflipped. Always begin reading in upper-right corner, and proceed left and down. ^^

Notes:

1. "He was doing THAT?" is a bit of a strech on my part. The origional Japanese is "Anna kanji no hito datta kke?" which literally means, "That kind of emotion person was??" After debating, I decided the doctor meant Izumi was was so passionately playing soccer, thus worsening his pneumonia. The literal translation is awkward and obscure to English ears, especially those not familiar with the frequent Japanese theme of passionate emotions being so physically exhausting. So I decided to go with my informally educated guess as to the meaning behind the line. ^^

2. Remember, the "kacha" sound effect is the exact sound effect used in the manga for the door opening. As I've mentioned before, I cannot think of any adequate English opening-door sound effects--unless the door is squeaky--so I just changed the katakana into romaji (Western letters). :)
